\nThe Role
\nAs a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving growth, primarily through new business development in your designated region. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this field-based role will involve:
\n\u2022 Identifying and generating new business opportunities.
\n\u2022 Building and maintaining relationships with architects, contractors, local authorities, and surveyors.
\n\u2022 Managing and growing both new and existing client accounts.
\n\u2022 Strategically managing your diary and territory to maximize efficiency.
\n\u2022 Delivering on operational targets, budgets, and KPIs.

\nThe Ideal Candidate
\nTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:
\nExperience
\n\u2022 Proven success in technical sales within construction, building materials, or the building envelope sector.
\n\u2022 Expertise in selling roofing\/waterproofing systems or related products such as liquid-applied, flat-roofing systems, single ply, bitumen, or hot melt solutions.
\n\u2022 A history of working with architects, surveyors, consultants, and property management companies.
