About the Role:
\nAdore Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious high-end design and production company, renowned for delivering exceptional bespoke projects for discerning clients. We are seeking a Project Manager with a carpentry or joinery production background to oversee both the management and production of top-tier projects. This role blends project oversight with production responsibilities, ensuring that the projects run smoothly from design through to completion, with the highest quality standards in both craftsmanship and project management.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nProject Oversight: Manage and oversee all stages of projects, from initial design through to production and final installation.
\nProduction Management: Coordinate production schedules, ensuring that designs (from SolidWorks or similar software) are efficiently turned into high-quality outputs.
\nSupervise and lead carpentry\/joinery teams, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the production process.
\nWork closely with the design team to interpret production designs and ensure accuracy in technical specifications.
\nOversee the installation of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design details.
\nCollaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to maintain strong relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
\nManage materials, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure smooth production timelines and project delivery.
\nEnsure strict adherence to quality control processes during both production and installation phases.
\nMonitor and enforce compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
\nConduct regular site visits to ensure the projects are on track and to troubleshoot any potential issues.
\nMaintain detailed records of all project phases, including project timelines, production progress, and installation schedules.
\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<\/p>\n
Skills and Experience:
\nProven experience as a Project Manager with a background in carpentry or joinery.
\nComprehensive understanding of both project management and production processes, including design, production, and installation.
\nStrong experience using design software like SolidWorks or similar for project production and technical specifications.
\nAbility to manage high-end, bespoke projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
\nExperience in managing carpentry\/joinery teams and coordinating multiple stages of a project.
\nStrong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.
\nStrong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges that arise during production and installation.
\nWillingness to travel across London, the South East, and Nationwide if needed.<\/p>\n
