What You\u2019ll Be Doing
\nAs a Site and Office Assistant, you\u2019ll be supporting Project Managers and office staff across a wide variety of tasks. This role offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn all aspects of the construction industry.<\/p>\n
In the Office<\/p>\n
Assist with writing and developing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
\nHelp price projects and request quotes from suppliers
\nSupport with ordering and tracking materials<\/p>\n
On Site<\/p>\n
Visit construction sites to carry out measurements and surveys
\nMeet with clients to understand requirements and report back to the team
\nCarry out weekly site and health and safety inspections<\/p>\n
In the Yard<\/p>\n
Load and unload vans and lorries (forklift training will be provided)
\nHelp keep the yard organised and tidy
\nPerform regular equipment and forklift inspections<\/p>\n
