\nSalary: \u00a330,000 \u2013 \u00a335,000 + Commission
\nJob Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am\u20135pm)<\/p>\n
An established and growing distributor of plumbing products is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team on-site in Chelmsford. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid sales background to take ownership of an active client base and help drive further growth.<\/p>\n
The Role
\nWorking closely with the company Director, you\u2019ll manage and develop existing trade accounts, upselling a range of plumbing products to merchants and plumbing companies. With a large client database and many accounts yet to be fully utilised, there\u2019s a significant opportunity to re-engage dormant customers and grow your sales pipeline.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into sales<\/p>\n
Proactively reaching out to existing and inactive accounts<\/p>\n
Upselling across a wide range of plumbing products<\/p>\n
Delivering a positive and professional customer experience<\/p>\n
Working within an effective CRM system to manage territories and client information<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
Proven sales experience (phone-based, B2B, or trade preferred)<\/p>\n
Confident, self-motivated, and resilient approach to work<\/p>\n
Ability to work independently and take initiative<\/p>\n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-contact environment<\/p>\n
No technical plumbing knowledge required \u2013 product training provided<\/p>\n
