Job Title: Fleet Administrator

\nHours: Full Time \u2013 Monday to Friday, 8:30am \u2013 5:00pm<\/p>\n
Adore Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing client based in Harold Wood, who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Fleet Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position in brand new offices, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a business with exciting growth plans.<\/p>\n
The Role:
\nYou will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of a fleet currently consisting of 48 vans \u2014 a number expected to grow as the company expands. You\u2019ll also support internal teams and engineers with general admin duties and training compliance, making this a varied and key support role within the business.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nOversee administration and compliance for a fleet of 48 vehicles (subject to increase with company growth)<\/p>\n
Check engineers\u2019 timesheets against vehicle tracking systems<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and fleet records<\/p>\n
Manage the RingGo parking app for fleet usage<\/p>\n
Coordinate repairs for tyres, windscreens, and general maintenance<\/p>\n
Ensure all vehicle documentation is current and roadworthy<\/p>\n
Liaise with engineers regarding vehicle requirements and support needs<\/p>\n
Take responsibility for the out-of-hours phone on a shared rota to manage emergency vehicle issues<\/p>\n
Maintain asbestos training records and book necessary training courses for staff<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For:
\nPrevious experience in fleet, logistics, or office administration is preferred<\/p>\n
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills<\/p>\n
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using tracking\/booking systems<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude<\/p>\n
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks<\/p>\n
Willingness to be part of an out-of-hours phone rota<\/p>\n
Familiarity with training compliance or health & safety administration (desirable)<\/p>\n
