The Role<\/p>\n
As a Service Desk Advisor, you\u2019ll act as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming service requests by phone and email. You\u2019ll be responsible for logging jobs, coordinating responses, resolving routine issues, and ensuring all customer queries are handled professionally and efficiently.<\/p>\n
