    The Role

    We are looking for a confident, driven, and ambitious individual to join the team. Previous experience in a targeted sales or telesales environment is needed along with the right attitude, personality, and desire to succeed

    Guided by your team members and an experienced Head of Desk, you will learn how to develop new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and progress into a successful career within freight forwarding.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contacting inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media
    • Making proactive sales calls daily to businesses
    • Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
    • Gathering market intelligence and identifying industry trends
    • Promoting company services and new developments

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in a sales or telesales environment
    • Candidates with drive, personality, and ambition will be
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • A positive, confident, and determined attitude
    • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and progress
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Logistics or Freight Forwarding experience is beneficial but not essential
