Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join their ever-growing team, who deal with planned and reactive maintenance nationally.

This company specialise in providing reactive and planned maintenance to national high street retailers of specialist designer brands.

This is an established company who have a great team dynamic. They are a warm and friendly medium sized company.

Hours of work 08.30 17.30 Monday to Friday.
Once trained evening on call duties will be part of the contract as will involvement in the weekend on call rota. (Weekend rota is paid overtime at flat rate).
Salary up to £24K depending on experience.

This is a busy buzzy role where you will look after multiple accounts assisting and servicing your client or you may have one large account who you dedicate your excellent customer service skills to. You will liaise with lots of different end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors.

Based in a friendly department, this will suit someone organised with a background in Facilities Maintenance or some kind of scheduling coordinator role.

Duties:

  • Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system.
  • Monitoring inboxes
  • Coordinating Engineers appointments
  • Problem solving and working through queries
  •  Working on planned and reactive maintenance requests
  • Checking progress and updating clients
  • Producing purchase orders closing calls
  • Preparing quotes
