Client:
Our client is a multi-million-pound organisation, operating predominantly in the South East, they are a market leader within the Construction Industry. The company was established over 100 years ago and are well-known and respected for their high-quality products and superior levels of service.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating new business and identifying opportunity to grow existing accounts
- Managing your own diary
- Achieving operational targets, budgets and KPI’s
- Territory management
- Building relationships with decision makers
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of B2B Field Sales experience
- Have a successful sales background/knowledge within Construction/Building materials
- Live within the areas of Suffolk/Essex
- Line management experience would be advantageous
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
