As a food-service specialist they offer the highest quality of products and services on the market today. They are currently looking for 5 Packers to work on their Packing line.
About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting the Butchers in packing the meat, poultry, and game products ready for distribution to their customer base, ensuring the food safety controls in place are followed.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday – 06.00 to 15.
You will be responsible for:
Packing of Raw Meat, Poultry & Game.
Labelling of finished product.
Locating finished product.
Maintain a hygienic working environment by the clean as you go policy.
Provide good and consistent communication to your superiors.
Responsibility for the hygiene and health and safety in your work area and others.
Full training on products, procedures and systems will be provided.
Full PPE provided.
