Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join their existing Sales team. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts within the educational sector, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Sales Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.

New Business Acquisition: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the educational sector.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and deliver superior service to clients.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
