Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 DOE
Full time – permanent – Monday – Friday 9-5pm
Holiday:- 20 days plus bank holidays – closed over Christmas

Our client is a well-established family run company, specialising within the imports and exports of the glass and stone tooling trade. Dealing predominately with Italy and Northern and Southern Ireland.

Based within a busy accounts department you will offer support to the Manager and be fully trained in all aspects of purchase and sales ledger as well as credit control and customs clearance.

Duties:
Purchase ledger: trained in sage 200 to match invoices
Sales ledger: producing invoices at the end of each day
Credit Control: Speaking to clients that are overdue on their accounts
Customs entries: required to send commodity codes, invoices to EU clearance
They use a CRM system as well as Microsoft office
General office duties
Phone suppliers

Skills and Attributes:
Computer literate, have good knowledge of Excel and a flair for numbers
Good attention to detail
Willingness to succeed and progress
Ideally with a minimum of 6 months office experience.
