Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a self-motivated, hungry individual to join their team as a Trainee Mortgage Broker. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about finance and real estate to kick-start their career in the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in the company’s structured training program, covering mortgage regulations, lending practices, financial products, and sales techniques.
  • Observe and learn from experienced mortgage brokers during client meetings, loan applications, and negotiations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance expertise in mortgage brokerage and financial services.
  • Learn to process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct research on mortgage trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy throughout the mortgage application process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and support marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for learning and skill development to enhance expertise in mortgage brokerage and financial services.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
