Our client is a leading provider of planned maintenance services. Due to consistent growth and recently the successful acquisition of numerous large additional contracts they are looking for an experienced Planner / Coordinator to join their small, but busy team.
About the role:
They are looking for someone with experience of working within a Coordinator or Planning role , and ideally this will be in the facilities industry. You will be expected to plan weekly/monthly visits for Engineers across the broad portfolio of clients focused across the south of England.
You role will include;
- Liaising with client sites to book in jobs
- Requesting permits where needed
- Location planning
- Assigning jobs to engineers
- Checking compliance documentation
- Scheduling periodic inspection
-Experience of Scheduling or planning for Engineers – Essential
-If you have basic knowledge of terminology surrounding Electrical certification/compliance, HVAC and/or Plumbing it will be advantageous.
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Good ability to problem solve and adapt planning ideas
-Ability to work as part of a team, liaising with staff and external parties at all levels
-Ability to set and meet deadlines/ targets
-Have a good standard of IT Skills
