On behalf of our client Adore Recruitment are recruiting an Office Administrator to start immediately on a full time temp to perm position in Liverpool Street.

 

Duties will include:

Scanning, Photo copying, Emailing, Filing, Compiling and sending-out letters, dealing with inbound calls, using the in house system to log customer’s queries and any other general administrator duties as required.

 

Requirement and Attributes:

  • With a proactive approach to problem solving
  • A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail
  • High level of time management and personal organisation
  • Excel, PowerPoint, word, & Microsoft project skills
  • Good team player
