Location: Southend – (not town centre ) Essex Free Parking !!

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Permanent – Full Time

 

Our client has a vacancy for a full time Planning Administrator to join the team at their new Southend offices.

 

The successful Planning Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Account managing the end to end service between clients and contractors
  • Organising and controlling Engineers ie, scheduling teams in terms of skill sets, geographical location, and certification
  • Inputting and managing job data on CRM system
  • Liaising with client sites and sub-contractors
  • Ensure works are scheduled, parts ordered, engineer attendance booked
  • Ensuring jobs are scheduled and managed to budget in a timely manner
  • Produce remedial works, documentation and quotes

 

The role offers the opportunity to join be part of a well-established company and be part of a friendly team. The company is growing and expanding and offers potential to the right person. You will be joining a team in their new offices. The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to the day-to-day maintenance requirements of customers. You will be organizing and scheduling appointments for their team of Engineers and liasing with clients to provide first class account management.

 

It is essential that you have had proven experience within an administrative role which was also telephone based, as this role will involve a high level of communicating by phone .
