Our client has a fantastic new opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join their Sales team in Basildon.

The main focus of this role is to provide support & administrative back up to the Sales team in order to maximize their time selling.

The role will be full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday and experience within a sales administration role is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Daily upkeep of database and records
• Provide administrative support to Sales Team
• Agree Sales prices and produce and issue price lists on a weekly basis
• Assist with the invoice and order process
• Raising Purchase Orders
• Management of systems
• Answering the office phone lines as and when required
• General Administrative Duties

Experience and Qualifications
• Educated to at least GCSE Level or Equivalent
• Experience using Excel, Word
• Previous experienced within an Administrative role is essential
• Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills
