Our client in the Surveying Industry, based in the Wickford / Rayleigh area has an exciting opportunity for a switched on and experienced Administrator to join their team. The company deals with project management, design and specification, section 20 major works, planned maintenance reports, defect inspection reports, party wall services, schedules of dilapidations, licences to alter, measured surveys, reinstatement cost assessments and many more.
- Your role will be to support the company Director and Surveyors on a day to day basis. All back-office support and organisation as and when required
- Assisting with general / reactive day to day property management assistance
- Acting as the first point of contact, liaising with Site Operatives and Clients on a day to day basis
- Various general administrative duties including telephone and email correspondence
- Updating accounts / basic bookkeeping utilising Excel
- Chasing invoices
We are looking for someone who is able to multitask and prioritise workload and work well as part of a team. You must have excellent attention to detail and retention of knowledge. Experience of working with a busy administrative role within a Quantity Surveyors or the Construction industry is the ideal for background for this role
Some basic payroll knowledge would be advantageous.
