  • Fuels Technician – 9 month FTC

    Our client is a leading provider of high-quality fuel products, committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in fuel testing and analysis.

    They are looking for a skilled Fuels Technician to join our dynamic team and support the fuel testing and quality control operations.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Managing multiple projects from start-to-finish.
    Define formulation of a wide range of fuel blends fully independently and consistently, using a combination of blend formulation models and empirical blending.
    The independent troubleshooting of arising problems during any step of a project, i.e., production, logistics or commercial related.
    Identify new applications for fuel products using input from customers or marketing.
    Identifying and implementing best new practise processes in coordination with the Technical Services Manager.
    Assist in raw material blend component specification, sourcing, testing and approval.
    Participation in customer meetings and providing pre- and post-sales customer technical support.
    To provide leadership and mentoring to other members of the team.
    Experience you’ll need:

    A degree in Chemistry or similar
    Familiarity with standard fuel test methods
    HSE Focused
    Project experience
