Project / Contracts Manager
Location: Brentwood, Essex.
Salary: £50k to £75k (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an intermediate level candidate who is looking to develop their career to a more senior role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Supporting Site Managers through regular site visits.
- Recording of variations and costings.
- Sub-contractor procurement and management.
- Procurement of plant & materials.
- Negotiating and meeting the clients design team and contract administrators.
- Supporting delivery of health and safety.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in project management / contract management within construction.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
NVQ level 5, higher or equivalent.
SMSTS
CSCS Black Card or similar
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction management.
Background with main contractor.
