    The Role
    We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive sales approach, both in the office and in the field, engaging with potential and existing clients to provide top-tier logistics solutions. Candidate must have all round logistics experience, mainly in Sea (Import & Export), however experience in Air, Road, Warehousing all an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Build, develop, and manage a client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities through lead generation, outreach, and in-person meetings.
    • Present our logistics services to potential clients, highlighting value and securing long-term contracts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain detailed sales records in the CRM system, tracking performance and pipelines.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

    What We’re Looking For
    • Proven experience in sales, ideally within logistics, transport, or a similar fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software for managing client data and tracking sales performance.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to market shifts.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
    • Strong numerical, literacy, and communication skills

    Performance Expectations
    • Meet or exceed yearly sales quotas (reviewed quarterly).
    • Expand client portfolio and boost retention rates.
    • Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
    • Ensure accurate CRM data for seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
