

4-Day Work Week Statistics in the UK so far
According to the Henley Business School report we can see the benefits of a 4-day work week:
-63% of employers say it helps attract talent
-78% of staff were happier
-70% of staff were less stressed
-62% of staff took fewer sick days
-According to the report the 4-day work week has already saved UK businesses an estimated £92 billion annually.
-The report showed that a large amount of miles commuting would decrease so there would be far less transport emissions.
These are just the short-term statistics so far.
On June 6th 3,300 workers at 70 British companies have started working a 4-day work week with no loss of pay. After the trial we will be able to see the longer term effects of working a 4-day week.
