We are looking for a talented CNC Operator/Designer to set up, operate, and program CNC machinery while simultaneously contributing to the design process. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with both technical and creative skills, as you will play a key role in producing precision parts while designing for optimization.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience with AXYZ CNC Woodworking Machines
Familiarity with AXYZ routers is excellent, but experience with comparable machines (e.g., Biesse, SCM, or Multicam) can also be valuable.
Proficiency in AlphaCAM or CAD Software
AlphaCAM is a top-tier software for woodworking, but candidates skilled in similar CAD/CAM software like AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or VCarve Pro can adapt quickly.
Core Competencies
Programming tool paths.
Material and tool selection.
Reading and interpreting blueprints or custom designs (important for our custom build cases).
Machine setup and maintenance.
Soft Skills
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
Problem-solving skills to handle issues like tool wear or programming errors.
