    Become a Customer Champion! We are a dynamic and expanding retailer of home and industrial storage solutions. We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive with strong complaint-handling skills to join our friendly and supportive team.

    Chelmsford / Writtle, Essex – 5 days a week office based

    A valid driver’s license is required due to our location.

    Up to £27,000 per year + Bonus

    Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    Managing customer complaints effectively, ensuring quick and fair resolutions

    Handling challenging situations with patience and professionalism

    Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat

    Advising customers on our range of storage solutions

    Processing telephone orders efficiently

    Addressing delivery issues and following up to ensure customer satisfaction

    Carrying out general administrative tasks

    Expanding your product knowledge to assist customers more effectively

    What We’re Looking For:

    Excellent verbal & written communication skills – you can de-escalate and resolve issues with ease

    At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a focus on complaint handling

    A calm, patient, and solution-focused approach to resolving customer concerns

    Strong problem-solving skills – you can think on your feet and provide solutions

    A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team

    Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
