    The Role
    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within freight forwarding and supply chain services.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.

    Skills & Experience Required
    • Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
    • Strong understanding of international freight (air, sea, and road) and customs regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
    • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
    • Full UK driving license preferred.
