Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Construction Administrator to support daily operations. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and supporting the office team with a range of administrative tasks:
• Completing and managing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
• Booking accommodation for installation teams
• Preparing and updating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Producing and issuing site survey packs
• Coordinating and maintaining the office diary
• Logging and following up on incoming leads
• Assisting with team and job scheduling
• Answering phones and providing general office support
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple responsibilities:
• Experience in construction administration or a similar support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and calendar tools
• Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
