The Role
You’ll be selling a full suite of freight and logistics services — air, sea, road and tailored supply chain solutions — to businesses across the UK and beyond.
This is a consultative, commercially sharp role where you’ll build relationships, uncover needs, and deliver solutions that genuinely solve problems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively winning new business across freight and logistics services.
- Building long-term relationships by understanding client needs at a deeper level.
- Driving revenue through targeted outreach, networking, and solution-led selling.
- Working closely with internal operations teams to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
- Tracking market shifts, competitor activity, and industry opportunities.
- Preparing proposals and pitches that turn prospects into long‑term customers.
- Managing your pipeline, activity, and results via CRM.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within logistics, supply chain, freight, or a related commercial environment.
- Confidence speaking with senior decision‑makers and closing high‑value deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, target‑driven mindset with a hunger to earn.
- Ability to work independently, backed by a collaborative attitude.
- A full UK driving licence is a bonus.
