💼 What You’ll Be Doing
🔥 Business Development (Must‑Have)
- Proactively identifying, approaching, and winning new clients
- Building a strong, repeatable pipeline of business
- Becoming a trusted partner through consultative selling
🎯 Full 360 Recruitment Delivery
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and your network
- Managing vacancies end‑to‑end: job ads, interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding
- Matching talent to client needs with speed, accuracy, and insight
🤝 Relationship Building
- Developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
- Providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice
📈 Targets & Performance
- Working to KPIs and revenue goals — and smashing them
- Taking full ownership of your desk and pipeline
⭐ What You Need to Bring
- 2+ years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with proven billings
- Strong business development skills — confident winning and growing accounts
- Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation ability
- A proactive, resilient, results‑driven attitude
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles at once
- Experience using CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter (ideal, not essential)
