The Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our Bodyshop team. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to repair and prepare vehicles to a high standard, ensuring excellent results for our customers. You’ll be supported by the Bodyshop Manager and Supervisor while also having the opportunity to work independently.
Pay: £17 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Strip and refit vehicle panels and components
- Carry out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition, following approved repair methods
- Remove and refit parts across a variety of vehicle types
- Carefully label, organise, and store all fixings (nuts, bolts, screws, etc.) to ensure efficient reassembly
- Support other areas of the bodyshop when required
- Assist in mentoring and supporting trainee or junior team members
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a bodyshop or similar automotive repair role (all levels considered)
- Full UK driving licence
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to support and share knowledge with others
- Passion for the automotive industry and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
