    A highly successful, award-winning freight forwarding business is recruiting a Business Development Executive to drive new B2B sales growth. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and earning uncapped commission.
    This is an office-based, client-facing role offering genuine career progression within an industry-leading logistics provider.

    The Role
    The successful candidate will focus on new business development, targeting B2B clients and building a strong sales pipeline. You’ll manage the full sales cycle and work closely with internal operational teams to deliver tailored freight solutions.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Proactively winning new B2B business within services-based markets
    • Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
    • Building strong, long-term client relationships
    • Attending client meetings and presenting logistics solutions
    • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
    • Accurately managing CRM data and sales forecasts
    The Candidate
    This role requires a strong, confident salesperson with a track record of B2B sales success.

    Essential requirements:
    • 2–3 years’ B2B sales experience (services, logistics, or freight preferred)
    • Proven ability to win new business and close deals
    • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
    • Target-driven, resilient, and commercially focused
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-led environment
    • Professional and credible when meeting clients
