The Role
This is a hands-on, multi-skilled position where no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining fleet reliability and performance.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vehicles
- Diagnosing faults and delivering efficient, high-quality fixes
- Identifying and sourcing the correct vehicle parts and components
- Supporting parts ordering, stock control, and inventory management
- Ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance/Automotive Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Experience working with commercial vehicles (vans, fleet, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Good knowledge of vehicle parts and components
- A reliable, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team
