    We’re looking for an experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow a major strategic partnership with one of the UK’s most prominent sporting organisations.     In this senior role, you’ll take ownership of a flagship account, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while driving commercial growth, innovation, and long-term value.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Leading the strategic relationship with a major national sporting partner, acting as the key commercial contact
    • Developing and delivering account growth strategies aligned with wider business goals
    • Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
    • Identifying and unlocking new commercial opportunities within the partnership
    • Driving revenue growth through negotiation, contract management, and strategic planning
    • Managing financial performance, forecasts, and budgets for the account
    • Leading internal sales activity, including pipeline management and opportunity conversion
    • Providing guidance and leadership to internal teams to ensure high performance
    • Working cross-functionally with procurement, operations, finance, and leadership teams
    • Representing the organisation at national meetings, sporting events, and stakeholder forums

    What We’re Looking For

    You’re a commercially minded professional who enjoys working in dynamic, relationship-driven environments.
    You’ll bring:
    • Proven experience as a National Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, or senior commercial leader
    • A strong track record of building and managing high-value partnerships
    • Experience influencing and working with senior stakeholders
    • A commercially driven mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities
    • Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and business development
    • Experience managing or coaching sales or account teams
    • The ability to operate confidently within complex national or multi-site accounts
    • A willingness to travel nationally and thrive in a hybrid, field-based role
