    About the Role:

    We’re recruiting on behalf of our long-term client within the Insurance industry who are looking for an organised Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Managers in a small, friendly department and have the opportunity of hybrid working.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Create monthly reports and stats charts using Pivot Tables in Excel. – training can be provided

    Issue broker statements and manage payments, reconciling against records.

    Liaise with Brokers regarding accounts, payments, missing policies, and queries.

    Type up Managers’ minutes and process accident reclaims.

    Deal with escalated complaints professionally and efficiently.

    Produce ad-hoc charts, reports, and presentations.

    Support Managers with monthly updates for sister companies.

    Take ownership of problems, provide solutions, and ensure compliance with company processes.

    Skills & Experience:

    Administration experience essential

    Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team.

    Strong Excel skills -n Essential – particularly Pivot Tables and charts.

    Numerate, organised, and detail oriented.

    Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    Confident handling broker telephone queries.

    Logical thinker with commercial awareness and proactive approach.
