We’re looking for a talented Automotive Claims Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience within the automotive / vehicle industry within a technical capacity.

Reporting to the Claims People Manager and based in the company’s Moira, Derby office, as the Automotive Claims Manager you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the technical claims team on productivity, SLA’s and claims spend.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Ensure accurate and swift claims processing
– Setting out performance reviews for claims teams
– Implementing training processes and ensuring professional development for the claims team
The standard working hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
The ideal candidate for this Automotive Claims Manager role will have relevant experience of the automotive industry within a technical capacity.
You’ll also need experience of insurance / claims roles and managing teams of 5-10.
In addition, you’ll need the following:
– Customer service experience
– Motor vehicle experience & qualifications
– Microsoft office skills – word & excel
You’ll also need to be experienced managing teams in high-pressures and targeted environments.

Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
