    Adore Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading Facilities Maintenance and Project Delivery provider. Our client operates across diverse sectors, including Retail, Utilities, and Care Homes, and they’re expanding rapidly following several high-profile contract wins.

    They are now seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Electrician to join their high-performing team.

    Location: Various Commercial Sites Across Hemel Hempstead – Aylesbury – Watford
    Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 (OTE £50,000–£60,000)

    The Role:
    You will be responsible for delivering top-quality electrical maintenance across commercial properties — from restaurants, hospitality, shops and casinos. Most work is undertaken independently, with occasional two-person tasks. Jobs are assigned via tablet and managed through an online portal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Electrical maintenance and installation
    • Test and inspection duties (FIRE ALARM experience is a strong advantage)
    • Responsive and planned maintenance across commercial premises
    • Exceptional customer service delivery

    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in a commercial facilities maintenance role
    • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
    • Test inspecting
    • Full clean UK driving licence
    • Strong communication and time-management skills
    • Immediate availability preferred

    What’s in it for you?
    Base Salary: £35,000–£38,000

    OTE: Up to £50,000–£60,000 with overtime

    Hours: 40 hours per week + travel time (total 45 hrs)

    Overtime: Paid at time and a half / double time
