Location: Outskirts of Chelmsford, Essex – Free on site parking

Salary: £23800 per annum plus quarterly bonus

Permanent office based

Hours: 9.30 – 5:30pm Monday to Friday or 8.30 – 4.30

Our client is within the commercial supply industry and are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their growing team

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Review and complete new hire and sales order/contract data in the contract management system, ensuring that
  • Send all hire and sales contracts and documentation to customers
  • Obtain and assess quotes from suppliers for sub-contracted jobs
  • Set up agreed sub-contracted jobs in the contract management system
  • Deal with incoming contract administration emails and phone calls from both customers and suppliers

Some administrative experience is required but full training will be provided.

You will need to be a car driver due to the location but free parking in provided
