    The Role

    As a Customer Service Agent, you will:

     

    Provide expert, friendly support to customers

     

    Listen, empathise, and resolve queries across calls, emails, and live chat

     

    Guide customers through policies, claims, and any needs

     

    Achieve service and quality targets while keeping a personal touch

     

    Stay compliant with FCA regulations and company policies

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience in customer service or contact centre environments

     

    Comfortable working to sales and service targets

     

    Excellent rapport-building skills and a caring approach

     

    Confident using multiple systems and handling varied queries

     

    Positive, proactive problem-solver with great teamwork skills

     

    Shift Pattern

    After training, you’ll work flexibly within these hours: 37.5 hour working week

     

    Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM

     

    Sat: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

     

    Sun: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Includes 1 Saturday per month one Sunday per month.
