We are a dynamic and expanding retailer of home and industrial storage solutions. Weβre looking for a Customer Service Executive with strong complaint-handling skills to join our friendly and supportive team.
What Youβll Be Doing:
β Managing customer complaints effectively, ensuring quick and fair resolutions
β Handling challenging situations with patience and professionalism
β Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
β Advising customers on our range of storage solutions
β Processing telephone orders efficiently
β Addressing delivery issues and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
β Carrying out general administrative tasks
β Expanding your product knowledge to assist customers more effectively
What Weβre Looking For:
β Excellent verbal & written communication skills β you can de-escalate and resolve issues with ease
β At least 1 year of experience in customer service with a focus on complaint handling
β A calm, patient, and solution-focused approach to resolving customer concerns
β Strong problem-solving skills β you can think on your feet and provide solutions
β A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team
β Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
