Position: Customer Service Team Leader
Location:Brentwood
Salary: £30,000 per annum Shifts: Rotational Week 1 – 7 AM – 3 PM – Week 2 12 PM – 8 PM) 1 weekend in 3

Your Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Champion – Ensure every call is handled with care and professionalism
• Team Leadership – Support and develop your team to provide best-in-class service Efficient Scheduling – Manage workloads, shift rotas, and staffing to maintain service levels
• Problem Solver – Quickly address customer inquiries and ensure issues are resolved smoothly
• Service Excellence – Monitor performance, improve processes, and uphold quality standards
What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in a customer service or call centre role Passion for service excellence and creating positive customer interactions
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-demand environments with confidence and efficiency
