Job Title – Direct Sales Agent
Salary – £20,000 – £30,000 Basic Salary + uncapped Commission

Our client is a forward thinking and innovative company within the home improvements sector. They manufacture and install a range of bespoke products at customers’ homes including awnings, automatic garage doors and security shutters.
Due to an increase in business, we are looking to expand our Essex based workforce. We have a number Independent Sales Agent roles available for ambitious, confident, and driven individuals!
What you will be doing
• You will be responsible for your own territory
• All sales leads are generated for you from our ongoing marketing campaigns and the sales appointments are pre-arranged by our office-based team
• There is no cold calling involved, all leads are pre-confirmed to a strict criterion
• Full training and ongoing support are provided
• You will be rewarded with a very competitive uncapped commission structure which gives you the ability to consistently earn over £500 per week if successful
The role will involve:
• Following up on appointed leads and visiting customers at their homes
• Making engaging and persuasive sales pitch
• Educating customers about our bespoke products and the service our client offers
• Working with customers to meet their needs
• Liaising with our sales office and administration staff
What we are looking for:
• You must be confident, personable, and self-motivated.
• In addition, we are looking for someone with the following attributes:
• Previous direct sales experience is desired but not essential
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to provide a high level of customer service
• Organised and efficient
• Must hold a full UK drivers’ licence and own car and be happy to travel to cover your own sales territory (Essex, Kent, London)
