Junior Buyer – Brentwood Outskirts (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000
Are you a numbers-savvy, Excel-loving superstar who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you enjoy working with suppliers, managing product catalogues, and crunching margins to make smart commercial decisions? If so, we want you on our Commercial Team as a Junior Buyer!

What you’ll be doing
Negotiating with suppliers and managing product catalogues
Supporting new tenders and reviewing pricing for existing customers
Analysing costs, calculating margins, and ensuring competitive pricing
Collaborating with the Accounts Team to communicate pricing changes clearly
What we’re looking for
Hospitality experience essential, food industry experience a bonus
Strong Excel skills – you’ll be working with data, margins, and spreadsheets every day
Experience with tenders, supplier lists, and product catalogues
Highly numerate, analytical, and commercially minded
A great communicator and team player with a strong work ethic
