Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)
Location: Leigh-on-Sea
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic + OTE £30,000 – £35,000

The Package
- £20,000 – £25,000 basic (DOE)
- £30,000 – £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
- 2.5% commission on completed valuations
- £50 per mortgage sign-up (rising to £75 after 5 completions)
- £25 per solicitor referral
- Full training with clear progression routes
Working Hours
- Mon–Fri: 8:45am – 6:00pm
- Sat: 9:00am – 5:00pm (with one day off in the week)
- 1 in every 7 Sundays (10:00am – 4:00pm)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Registering applicants and matching them with properties
- Carrying out viewings and confidently presenting homes
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Providing feedback and updates to clients
- Supporting sales from offer through to completion
- Referring mortgages, solicitors, and related services

- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
