    Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and growing key accounts? We’re seeking a Key Account Manager to take on an essential role in driving business growth and client satisfaction. You’ll have a unique opportunity to generate new business, manage key accounts, and play a crucial role in our dynamic team.

    The company is a leading UK supplier of shop fitting supplies, equipment, and display solutions for the retail industry. They provide a comprehensive range of products tailored to various retail sectors, including fashion, jewellery, home goods, and hospitality. Any experience within these sectors would be beneficial.

    Responsibilities
    Identify and cultivate new leads, creating a robust sales pipeline.
    Convert prospects from the pipeline into loyal customers.
    Conduct client meetings in person, by phone, or via Teams to strengthen relationships.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    Gain a deep understanding of client needs, and respond effectively with customized plans to achieve and surpass their expectations.
    Demonstrate thorough knowledge of our services, confidently advising clients and colleagues on their benefits and applications.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed
    To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:
    A professional and engaging telephone manner for building client rapport and maintaining ongoing communication.
    Strong interpersonal skills to foster meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for both internal and external interactions.
    Proficiency in IT, including the use of spreadsheets, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
    Decision-making abilities, a flexible approach, and the capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    Initiative, tenacity, and the confidence to create opportunities and work independently.
