Leak Detection

I’m hiring a Leak Detection Specialist to work for a growing, premium damage response business based in Watford and servicing clients across London, the home counties and the south east.

You’ll be perfect for this position if you have between 2 + years experience within a similar business.

In this job you’ll be attending high net worth properties that have been affected by an escape of water with water damage and be required to provide am assessment and report of the cause of damage.

Your responsibilities will include:

Technical responsibilities

• Attend water damaged properties and assess damage and provide trace and access/ leak detection reports.
• Undertake any leak detection or trace and access works which includes, water leaks in cold and hot feed lines & underfloor heating and heating circuit leaks.
• Competency in acoustic profiling, thermal imaging, gas tracer equipment and dye testing.
• Manage distressed individuals or property owners, explaining what we are there to achieve and manage their expectations.
• Manage, tutor and inspire junior staff and lead jobs from start to completion.
• Perform risk assessments and other Health and Safety led paperwork.

For this position you will need to live close to the M25 and have a full UK’s drivers license.
