Maintenance Electrician
Location: Hursley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on-site
- Conducting electrical repairs and installations, including testing and recording results
- Ensuring compliance with all specifications, schedules, and procedures
- Delivering excellent service and maintaining good client relationships
- Providing emergency call-out support on a rota basis (1 in 4 weeks; no vehicle provided)
- Responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations to minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Maintenance or Installation
(e.g. City & Guilds 2330, 2365, or equivalent) - Willingness to complete City & Guilds 2382
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- PASMA and IPAF certifications
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management environment
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety & Environmental practices
- L8 Awareness
Desirable:
- Familiarity with the NICEIC online click system
- City & Guilds 2357 (apprenticeship qualification)
