As an Operations Coordinator Administrator, you’ll be the driving force behind seamless operations.

Coordinate engineers nationwide, acting as their go-to support from the office

Liaise daily with technicians, clients, and suppliers, keeping communication flowing

Plan and schedule essential engineering works across the UK

Track progress, manage reports, and maintain critical operational data

Keep everything on track, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organising moving parts, solving problems in real-time, and keeping teams running efficiently under pressure.

    What Makes This Role Exciting

You’re at the centre of operations, coordinating field engineers across the country

You’ll gain hands-on experience in logistics, scheduling, and workforce coordination

Every day brings new challenges, fast-paced decisions, and real impact

Be part of a team delivering essential environmental and safety services

    What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in operations, coordination, or admin support roles

Highly confident with systems, databases, and reporting tools

A strong communicator who can build relationships with engineers and clients alike

Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail

Able to prioritise and adapt to changing schedules and deadlines

Knowledge of UK geography is a bonus but not essential.

    What You Get

Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience

Monday to Friday, full-time office-based role

37.5 hours per week (working between 08:00 and 17:30 with a one-hour lunch break)

20 days holiday plus bank holidays

    Pension scheme (after 3 months)

    Access to employee benefits scheme

Career development within a growing operations team

    Why Apply?
