Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 DOE + Commission

Our Client, established in 2016, is dedicated to serving the education sector by supplying the right candidates to primary, secondary and SEN schools as well as nurseries, colleges and other provisions. They are a leading education recruitment agency, and are currently looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to join the team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for helping schools and educational institutions find the right candidates for their open positions and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
The Role:
We are looking to speak to candidates that have a desire to progress with their career and take their skills to the next level. Education Recruitment Experience is not essential, as long as you are from a sales background with the ability to speak to new clients and build strong relationships.
Building and maintaining relationships with schools and other educational institutions
Advertising job opportunities and sourcing suitable candidates
Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Providing advice and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Negotiating job offers and closing deals
Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
The Candidate:
Strong experience in a sales environment and building strong relationships with new people and clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and sales skills
A results-driven attitude and a passion for helping others
The Package:
A £25,000 – £35,000 base salary + commission scheme (No Threshold)
Starting 20 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + 2 weeks off at Christmas
