We’re looking for a talented Remote Office & Operations Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of Executive and Administrative Support.

The Role:
The Remote Office & Operations Manager role is home-based. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring efficient communication and organisation across the business. You will be the first point of contact for the business, and play a key role in the delivery of success across you company.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Providing exceptional Administrative Support
– Assisting in the coordination of complex diary schedules, travel itineraries and expenses for all members of the customer success department
– Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects through effective cooperation with internal leadership teams

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Remote Office & Operations Manager role will have relevant experience of Executive and Administrative Support.

You’ll also need experience of project management and coordination as well as financial and operational management.

In addition, you’ll need the following:
– Experience in a fast-paced administrative and operational support role
– A proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively whilst prioritising appropriately
– A basic understanding of bookkeeping/financial reports

You’ll also need to be a strong independent worker and be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
