We’re looking for a talented Sales Administrator to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of sales/purchase order processing.

The Role:

Reporting to the Office Manager and based in the company’s Rayleigh, Essex office, as the Sales Administrator you will be primarily responsible for and working closely with customers, dealing with their enquiries, processing their orders and getting their orders delivered out to them.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

Sales/purchase order processing
Providing ad-hoc support to the sales team where required
Maintaining filing systems – electronic and paper
The standard working hours for this position are 08:30 – 17:00.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Administrator role will have relevant experience of sales/purchase order processing.

You’ll also need experience of:

Delivering customer service
Effectively communicating with customers/ suppliers/ sales teams offering support throughout the order process
Investigating and resolving customer queries
In addition, it’s essential that you possess outlook, word, excel, and adobe.

The Package:

Basic salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience
