About the Role:

 

We are seeking confident, driven, and ambitious individuals with previous office-based sales experience who are eager to build a thriving career. Your primary role will involve following up on warm leads to introduce our company’s Freight Forwarding services. With full training, support, and guidance from your head of desk, you will learn how to quote and work towards closing deals, ultimately building your own client base.

 

As you progress, you will receive promotions, salary reviews, and greater earning potential!

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

Some telesales or office-based sales experience

Previous experience in a targeted sales role is ideal

The ability and desire to sell with a confident, determined approach

Account management or upselling experience

Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals

Strong communication skills with solid business-related knowledge

 

No prior Freight Forwarding experience? No problem! Full training will be provided—what we need is a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for success coupled with some office based sales

Engaging with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media

 

Making new sales calls to potential clients

Learning how to calculate and present quotations

Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Managing the complete sales process from start to finish

Gathering market and customer information

Handling objections and negotiating deals effectively
